The Council for the Judiciary began to examine the draft procedure for nominating and appointing chairs and deputy chairs of courts and chairs of courthouses.
Work on the new procedure will be continued at the next meeting of the Council for the Judiciary, before which the Ministry of Justice has to prepare a new draft procedure, taking into account the proposals made at the meeting. In its turn, the Secretariat to the Council for the Judiciary will prepare a report on the experience of other countries in the evaluation of judicial candidates and the functions of the commission.
