Associations of Judges

Section 89², Paragraph four of the Law “On Judicial Power” provides that representatives of judges associations may participate in the work of the Judicial Council in an advisory capacity.

There are two associations of judges in Latvia:

• Latvian Association of Judges

• Latvian Association of Administrative Judges
