The Working Group for Management of Time Limits for the Examination of Cases implements the objective referred to in the subpoint 3.2 of the action line No 3 of the Judicial Council Strategy for 2021-2025 "Efficient and High-Quality Judiciary”, namely to constantly monitor and evaluate the time limits for the examination of cases and the sufficiency of the resources of the judicial system to ensure reasonable time limits for legal proceedings.
