By the decision of the Saeima of 12 October 2017 the Council for the Judiciary appointed Dainis Locs, judge of Land Registry Office of a district (city) court, to fulfill the duties of a judge of the Land Registry Office of Riga City Vidzeme District Court.
Another decision of the Council of the Judiciary is related to the Land Registry Office of Riga City Vidzeme District Court – judge Liga Grinberga, who has been temporarily serving as a judge in the Land Registry Office of Riga City Vidzeme District Court, has been transferred to it from the Land Registry Office of Limbazi District Court.
Liga Grinberga applied for the position of a judge of the Land Registry Office of Riga City Vidzeme District Court, for there was a vacancy announced.
The decision was adopted by the Council for the Judiciary on 10 November 2017 in a written procedure.
