The Council for the Judiciary supplemented previously adopted Guidelines on transfer of the case received for proceedings to another court for faster review of the case, envisaging organising of videoconference, if a party to the case asks for an opportunity to participate in review of the case, using videoconference.
Guidelines are also supplemented with the condition that, when choosing court to transfer the case to, and jurisdiction of the case is established in accordance with Section 28 or 29 of the Civil Procedure Law, circumstances regarding claimant’s opportunities to participate in proceedings, if case is transferred to the court located in different city or court region, which are pointed out in written pleading filed by the claimant – natural person, must be observed.
