To continue to solve issues related to amendments to the law “On Judicial Power”, sitting of the Council for the Judiciary is convened on Monday, 1 December.
It has been envisaged in the sitting of the Council for the Judiciary to approve a procedure, how the proposal on transfer of judges of Sigulda court and Riga city Centre district court to work to other court due to annexing of Riga city Centre district court and Sigulda court to other court has been prepared by the Minister of Justice and reviewed in the sitting of the Council for the Judiciary.
Agenda of the sitting also includes other issues related to judicial careers.
The agenda of the sitting of the Council for the Judiciary also includes an issue on draft law “Amendments to the Investigatory Operations Law”.
The sitting of the Council for the Judiciary shall be held on Monday, 1 December, in Room 461 of the Supreme Court, the beginning is at 13.00 o’clock.
