The Judicial Council has supported the Supreme Court's proposal to change the number of judges in the departments of the Senate, namely, to redistribute one position of a judge of the Department of Civil Cases to the Department of Administrative Cases and to determine that as of 1 May there are 11 judges in the Department of Administrative Cases, 15 judges in the Department of Civil Cases and 9 judges in the Department of Criminal Cases.
There will be a vacant position of a judge in the Department of Civil Cases of the Senate from May 1. Taking into account the number of cases received and reviewed by the Supreme Court, as well as the workload indicators of judges, it has been concluded that currently an additional position of a judge is required in the Department of Administrative Cases of the Senate.

The decision was taken by the Judicial Council in a written procedure on 15 April.
