The decision of the Board of Justice states that the judge Inese Usakova appointed by the Saeima for the post of the judge of district (city) court on the 14th of June will execute duties of the judge in the court of Latgale Suburb of Riga city.
Section 60 Paragraph One of the law “On Judicial Power” prescribes that, grounding on the decision of the Saeima about appointment of the judge for the post of the judge of district (city) court, the Board of Justice determines the concrete court or court house, where the judge shall execute duties of the judge.
The Board of Justice adopted this decision on the 20th of June in written proceedings.
